IGN France International's shareholders are made up of:  

The French National Geographic Institute (IGN)
A public administrative establishment, the Institute's goal is to ensure the production, maintenance and diffusion of geographic reference information in France. It was created by a law dating from June 27, 1940 and replaced the Geographic Service of the Army (SGA) in 1940.
The IGN is managed by Patrice Parisé.

Subsidiary of EADS dedicated to civil spatial and military systems and services. EADS Astrium is the guarantor of European acces to space and a leader in satellite systems and spatial services.

ESRI France was created in 1988 to respond to the needs of organisations and companies that wished to exploit the spatial dimension in their organisations while leveraging their investments.

► The Spanish Centre for Geographic Information (CNIG)
The goal of the CNIG is to inform about and promote existing products to public organisations, companies and individuals. It offers technical assistance to organisations and administrations that use geographic information.
The CNIG promotes the diffusion of the IGN's products and adapts them to the specificities of the Spanish market.
