The purpose of the Address System Project of streets and public places in the Abidjan District (PADA) is to implement a complete address system and a single reference standard for addresses, ensuring that occupancy units (OU) on the Abidjan District streets network are geographically situated and referenced. To do this, it is necessary for the operators to be able to intervene easily in the various target neighbourhoods of the project. To this aim, an information film has been produced to explain how the operators will intervene in the neighbourhoods, and what the application that will be set up at the end of the project will be used for.
